Shipping within Dubai is absolutely free!

We also ship to most countries in the Middle East. Please email us on [email protected] to learn about the additional cost of shipping your bicycle.

Transit time usually takes 5-7 days from the day the order is released from our workshop but due to the pandemic deliveries have seen delays. Once your Charicycle ships, we will provide you with an air waybill number for tracking purposes.

Our custom made Charicycles may take longer to be dispatched depending on the processing time. Your Charicycle will arrive in a well packaged box, mostly assembled with some minor assembly required that your local bike shop or yourself (with some guidance) can assemble.
